Currently, I have too many columns by default in the Sales Order print view.
In the three-dot menu, I can customize > New Custom Print Format. But it does not apply. If I create a new Sales Order, I still have the old New Custom Print Format. There only seems to be a way to create a New Custom Print Format and not apply it to new Sales Orders.
Searching the docs is not helpful as it seems too fuzzy, so I cannot pinpoint how to achieve this.
Similar topics here on the forum are too old and contain 404 links, and also Video Unavailable links.

Thanks for that. Though my issue is finding the setting. If I search for “custom print format” there are no results.
How do I find these settings? It may seem obvious to you, but I have now, from various places within the app, been prompted to create new ones, but never to select one as the default that I have already created. I have created maybe 4 now, and never have the option to set it as default.
