Edit workspace from custom app

I want to add my custom doctype’s link here,

There will be many other doctypes also I want to add. Now, If I added from UI, its good, but its repeattitve work when I need to add them server too.

Is there any way to edit workspace changes from my custom app, so that I can get them easily from my custom app on server also?

@Jeel How can I create new workspace? There is no create option and from role permission manager, I cannot add new role in Workspace
