Email Account Error When Using Gmail Services

i have this message when creating new account with Gmail Services
i don’t know why this err appear

note : i have administrator account

You are using the gmail password. this password doesn’t works.

First, you have to create a app on Gmail and get password from there and put that password here

Email sending process run in background job.

Maybe in your erpnext instance there are other background jobs running that’s why it taking time.

If not work then reset the Gmail Password.
