I have own domain , I configured email domain and it works but the problem is sending to same domain name but other domain like gmail, outlook doesn’t send and gives me sending but doesn’t send
Please check the “Email Queue” and post the error mentioned there.
Did you check you login credentials in the Email settings in ERPNext?
Also make sure which email account you use particularly to send you emails from.
In this case you should check credentials for contact@… email account. This looks like not to be your personal email address but this system account is used to send your emails.
I did that and also I am login this email account but in erpnext not
