Can you check the Javascript console on the page? There should be some kind of traceback indicating what went wrong.

Check for browser console option in the settings. Generally, Ctrl + shift + j/k should help.

Hi, try using chrome or any other browser. I find that Windows Edge browser has this issue most times.

i opened it from chrome in version erp 10.1.57 not work but in version ERPNext: v10.1.54 (master) working
