I have config Email Alert for 1 days before contract end date, please kindly help check my configuration.

You don’t need to add the condition in the condition section as you are already setting it in the fields.

ok, done remove.
for contract end 1 Feb 2016, the email alert shoud be coming tomorrow right? 1 day before.
then can i setup the users who receive this alaert? like HR?

You can add the recipients in the recipients table.

my plant send alert by email to HR Manager (2 People) and the Employee.
