Email alert based on 'Value Change' for workflow_state field

Hi All, I have created a workflow for ‘issue’ doctype and it has five workflow states. The first two workflow states have docstatus of 0 and last three have docstatus 1. [image] I have set an email alert… [image] Email is getting triggered when status changes from ‘Complaint drafted’ to ‘Complaint Open’ (Both have docstatus 0). Solution : Define a workflow and change the docstatus to 1 only after approval by finance guy…
