Hi, I have a email alert that emails to the requestor of the item. Now, the request_by field is linked to Employee module which we want to use to email the requestor automatically. But it doesn’t email the requestor. Is there a way that I can use Employee link to access its field and use the User ID for email contact? Please help!
Create one more field for email id of the requester in ‘material request’ and use script to fetch email id of the linked employee and then use email alert!!
