So when a Issue ticket is received how do you alert a user via email alerts and show the received email message aswell?

The email shows in the timeline at the bottom. But i need the first email to be saved in a field also.
@Raees you can reach that from email account and check Notify if unreplied.

Here is my scenario. I have a email account setup that appends to Issue.
So if say for instance you send me a email saying “Hello World”, Email account appends this to Issue’s Doctype at the bottom(Marked in Red),
What i want is that this email gets stored into a field also for Example:
Original Email: Hello World
Any update on this?
