I trust everyone’s doing great. Is there a way to setup email alerts such that a notification gets sent when the value of a field has remained on a certain option for x amount of time?
Specific Use Case:
When a Support Ticket has remained open for more than 6 hours?
I believe this setup should work, but it only works for days, not hours
Thanks a lot for the suggestion but it seems this would only work for the opening date. We may also want to know if the Ticket has remained in ‘Hold’ or ‘Replied’ status for a certain period of time
As you also mentioned, this seems to only work for days. It would be more helpful if we could work with hours or fractions of days
