i’ve configured my email in ERPnext for ex : firstname.lastname@example.org
when someone send email on above address. it goes to support>issue>communication. but attachments in it are not public even administrator is not allowed to view it.
I need to make public by default, any solution?
user within the system should be able to view it fine, they that file has access on the files doctype. the public link is actually for creating a web link for the image which can be accessed outside ERPNext as well.
But above SS is the email i’ve received with attachment.
but it is not opening because it is locked.
how can i view it?
