I have setup an email account to automatically create an issue document when receiving emails to specified email address. The document creation works but I noticed the content of the email body isn’t being passed on to the issue document description. I looked in the communication module and went into the last test email and I could see the email body content in the message field. I solicited ChatGPT and was advised to create a server script that parsed the data from the email body into the issue description but that didn’t go as planned. I also did a search for any similar issues on the forum and came across this Email Set Up - incoming email is not fetch to the description but no solution was ever mentioned. Do we have any ideas if this is a bug?
