Email configuration

Hi All,

we have configured office 365 account on our VM ,but unfortunately email is not sending .
Its all held on the Bulk Mail ,

i am getting an error on scheduler log

OutgoingEmailError: Please setup default Email Account from Setup > Email > Email Account
