Email domain SMTP not accepted on Frappe.cloud

Hello Frappe team!

Interesting behaviour:

On my self hosted Frappe+ERPNext I’m using mail.t-online.hu email provider without problem.

I try to set up the same on ERPNext site, but don’t allow the SMTP settings always timed out.

Error connecting via SMTP: timed out

Settings:

DOMAIN:

ezmegaz.hu

IMAP:

server: mail.t-online.hu

Encrypt: SSL

Port: 993

SMTP:

server: mail.t-online.hu

Encrypt: SSL

Port: 465

Could you please help me out?

I already tried this, but on frappe.cloud not working:

I have problem with the following domain: mail.t-online.hu If I set for outgoing IMAP then accepted, but beside I set it for SMTP the it just SAVE for apprx. 5 minutes and then nothing saved. If I set for email incoming it works, but if I set for OUTGOING on the same form is not saving at all. I can’t set IP DNS address, it changes rapidly. Please help me out on this.

Hello Frappe team!

I can’t setup the outgoing SMTP on the Amazon server.

I enter the data for the incoming email server:

Incoming IMAP email server: mail.t-online.hu

Encryption: IMAP/SSL

Port: 993

THIS WORKS

Outgoing server details:

Incoming SMTP email server: mail.t-online.hu

TSL: NONE - i.e. EMPTY

Port: 587 or 465 or nothing

NONE OF THEM WORK

I asked my provider they said Amazon server not allowing the outgoing mails.

Could you please check the logs.
Of course it is on frappe.cloud
