I don’t understand how email work in v11.

The issue is that any reply to an exiting inbox item does not include the prior item. How do you reply to emails with the history of the previous correspondence - email conversation history / email threads???

I’m sorry for the stupid question - probably missing something?

Are you comparing this with a previous ERPNext version? Is it functioning differently than before? Just asking whether something has changed in this.
