In Email account i’m enabled my incoming email checkbox and appended the INBOX into Lead. and i sent some mail to that specific user from other mail id. but the leads are not added into my lead list. Is there any time limit for this to convert a mail into lead in erpnext. or i made any mistakes it this process?

As per my understanding, if you want to append the lead (A dedicated support Email Address is a good way to keep track of incoming queries. For example, you can send support queries at support@erpnext.com and it will automatically create a lead in our system.)

Actually my email account settings is also same as like this, but still i dont get the mail into lead, is there any time limit for this to update the status.
