Email not in queue

in ERPNEXT v12.14.0 (HEAD)
Emails does not get to the Email Queue, i.e auto generated emails and manually sent does not work (hit the Email Queue List) and not error in background task.

The Email queue is completely blank.

Did you already configure an email domain with appropriate server settings?

yes. It is a bug in Frappe 12.12.0 HEAD
