Email not send Automatic in Queue Not send State

In my Bench There are two sites But one when send mail it is send after few minutes
but in another site it not send mail .
It is sending automatic still yesterday. but today when i see email queue list there are mail from 10 hour not send.

Both site site config is same but one site not send

have you tried to check the scheduler using the below command?

bench --site site_name doctor

bench --site sitename scheduler resume

Also, check the Background Job and Error Log for more details.
