Email notification for DSR in draft

I have written the following message to fetch the list of DSR in draft from current date.But I am not getting the expected output.what changes need to be done below??

Condition: doc.docstatus == 0

Message:

Hi {{doc.employee_name}},

Your DSR : {%- for rows in doc.name -%}
{{row.doc_name}},
{%- endfor -%} is in draft stage.Please submit it before 10:00 AM to ignore Missed DSR alert.
