Hi, we are ERPNext cloud hosted user. I was trying to set Email alert on some action, but when it didnt work then I thought to Activate more Email Notification, so I activate Email Notification on Sale Order from Setup/Customisation/Email Notification.
After re-login, I created one Sale Order and send email to my gmail account and also marked CC to me.
But now it is been more than 15mins and I didnt receive any email.
Is there any issue or do I need to configure something.
