Email Payslip for each employee

Hello,

I have two questions regarding the HR

  1. Does the system have option to email Payslip for each employee when a payslip is created?

  2. What should be the role assigned to an employee who should access only his project data, see leave balance, see his payslip … basic features. I gave the employee ESS role and the can create an employee which shouldn’t be available.

I see that is automatically sends the payslip but how do I edit the email content and payslip (pdf) template?
