I am using Gmail emails to pull emails into the system. I am also using frappe helpdesk. The pull was working fine but then i realized i needed more emails from gmail. I deleted all tickets, communication and tried to repull the tickets again. the pull has stuck on september 9th 2024 and not pulling anymore. i think there is some log that says emails are already pulled. I couldnot find it. please help
@prarup_acharya It sounds like the system is tracking the last pulled email using a log or marker, which is common in Frappe’s email syncing to prevent duplicates. When you delete tickets or communications, the log might still persist, preventing the system from pulling older or already “synced” emails.
can you give me an idea of the log i should check?
