Email Queue Error Invalid Outgoing Mail Server or Port

After update ther erpnext to v13 it is shown some emails have error and stay in email queue as in picture and some is send.
Could you please help?

any logs from the console or logs, and when you press “Retry Sending”?

the retry Sending button work but i need this done manually.
