Email queue not sent only for 1 site, other sites receving emails

I have multiple sites in my server, I have added dedicated worker to receive login otps. Other site instances I am receving OTPs only for one of my site not receving otps. Any help is highly appreciated.

Go to Email Queue doctype and check status . it should be Suspend Sending . If it is Resume Sending then change it to Suspend Sending
