Email queue stuck on Not Sent

I used this following versions

Frappe Builder: v1.x.x-develop () (develop)

Frappe CRM: v2.0.0-dev (develop)

ERPNext: v15.41.1 (version-15)

and when I create new notification if there is new CRM task created, I want to send email. however, in Email Queue is always stuck in Not Sent

the scheduler is already enabled and resumed.

any ideas ? thanks!

maybe because you are using development mode
