Email replies as comments

When a document is sent by email, a new comment with the email body is created. I would like to know if its possible to create a comment automatically with the reply of the email, to keep the full conversation in the document.


You can reply to the email by using the New Email button in the comments section which will be tracked in ERPNext.


I don’t need to track my replies, I need to track the replies made to documents sent by the company to its customers, Is that possible?
