Email Setup Recommendation for HelpDesk

Hi,

I have setup Frappe Helpdesk on self hosted server. Now I am confused regarding Email Setup.

If I link existing email-is in Helpdesk for Incoming & Outgoing, how non-relevant email will be treated.

How will non-support emails, other promotional emails or not pertaining Helpdesk will be handled.

Is it advisable to create new email-ids specially for Helpdesk or use existing email-ids.
