Is there a comprehensive guide on user role setup & security management for ERPNext ?

I’m using Frappe Cloud & encountering below error . Unable to sign up using a user to the site I’ve created :

@tbqguy you have to write your email configurations in email accounts so your system will be able to send emails . log in as administrator → email account and follow this guide.
remember the email you set is not your email . but an email dedicated to the app.

I’ve made some progress. The users can sign up as well as login. I still have to figure out few kinks & I shall use this same thread to post them.
