Good day. New ERPNext user here. I have created a workflow for leave application. I have also inserted an email template for the leave approver to approve/reject. But I don’t get any notification for next workflow actions. The only email I received is when the leave approver had already approved/rejected on ERPNext itself. It would be easier and less hassle if I’m able to decide my action on the email itself without logging in to ERPNext. This proves to be useful if I’m dealing with non-ERPNext users (such as suppliers). I have checked on other similiar threads but no solution found. Hope to receive some guidance here. Thank you.
