Emails are rarely retrieved

Hello,

We use the helpdesk with a connected IMAP mail account. The connection is successful and mails are retrieved, but only 1-2 times a day. This has only been the case since yesterday, before that the mails arrived every few minutes. Of course, we can’t provide our customers with support like this. The mails in the mailbox on our server are there, but some of them are there for over 20 hours before they are retrieved by ERPNext. Has anyone else had problems like this and how did you solve them?

Was there an update or modification of any settings since yesterday?

Does bench --site (sitename) scheduler status look ok?

Does the scheduler log in sites/(sitesname)/logs/ have any clues?
