Emails not going through

After a recent set-up with proper configurations, emails are not going through which are created as a notification.
Kindly advise.

Check you Notification , where from the mail is sending also chech email setting .

  1. Which version 13 or 14
  2. Please show screenshot of email configuration ( Notifications ) ( remove sensitive info )
  3. What do you see in email queue
  4. what is in error log
  5. If you are using qmail : are you using “Password” as password or are you using the API key?
