Emails Stuck in "Sending" Status – Timeout Error in Frappe

Hi All,
I have been using Outlook SMTP (smtp-mail.outlook.com) to send emails from Frappe, and it was working fine until about 3-4 days ago. Suddenly, all outgoing emails are getting stuck in the “Sending” status, and they are not being delivered.

When I checked the logs, I found that the system is running into a timeout error:
ERROR - rq.timeouts.JobTimeoutException: Task exceeded maximum timeout value (300 seconds)

Try the below.

sudo nano site_config.json

Then add “scheduler_interval”: 600, without quote for value.
