I’ve set up Frappe HR and added employees, but I can’t find where to grant user access or configure user profiles. How do I set up user accounts? Can employees create their own accounts, or does an administrator need to create them and set passwords? Please Guide me

try to search for “user list” in the top search bar
@ahsan-ash Hello, you can do it from “User list”. If email account setup is their user will get welcome email on their email else, you can also set password directly by going into Specific user’s doc → Settings → Change Password and then share it with the user.
Do you have video training available for account setups, specifically regarding user and HR access, as I’m finding it confusing despite my HR setup knowledge?
