Employee fields changed position and not editable since last update

Hi all,

Since doing the latest bench update the order of fields is now messed up in the Employee section, and is for some reason not letting me reposition the fields in the correct order again. Trying with both chrome and safari.

Please let me know how I can provide more info to help fix this bug.

You can re-arrange custom fields though.
