If employee leave the job and after some time he come back and join the company.
In the module we have to make new employee ID or reactive his older ID.
Kindly give your logic behind that !

If we reactive older Id then we can directly create his attendance, salary structure ,salary slips, and HR related functionality etc. .

@Ashutosh_Prasad I would recommend duplicating the previous record and creating a new one. You can reactivate the same user_id. The reason being you might need to track some records under the exit section of employee record when he first left the job.
