Employee Rewards Program

I am trying to introduce Rewards N Recognition program for my employees. Currently using some Google forms for nominations based on criteria. I wanted to know if ERPNext supports such thing. It is not incentive (exactly). I could not find (or may be am not looking with right keywords) in ERPNext. Please let know if anyone knows. Some of the categories are Employee of the month, Outstanding Employee Contribution, etc.

Below is my current version of ERP -

There is Employee Appraisal. You should look into it.

Oh Really @iMoshi? I thought Appraisal is more to do with performance of employee for a duration say 6 months or an year periodically with KRAs set as I have plan to go for employee appraisal as well so this should be mixed up with Rewards and Recognition program which is for a shorter duration like a project completion or for some outstanding performance during a month or less period.

Ahh, I see. I must have misunderstood at first.

for Project Completion and things like that, you can create Energy Point automated rules, or actually give energy points by hand.
