create notification on exit interview doctype on save button notification goes to employee but when Employee role user try to open notification on bell icon then get error

User does not have access to open the documentation because the employee reports to user XYZ. Only user XYZ can access the documentation, and only user XYZ has the right to open the Exit Interview.

but i have give permissions to emplyee role

Ok it means employee cannot access this exit interview document?

If employee HR-EMP-00001 and that employee reports to the HR-EMP-00003 employee so HR-EMP-00003 can access the document.
