I have given employee and hr manager roles to one user. When I logged into that user account, I don’t see employees list. What could be the reason?

check user permission list for hr manager role which you assigned for the particular user
I have already unchecked that for user who is hr manager.
I have opened User List, then opened user who is a hr. On Connections screen, I have clicked on User Permissions and deleted all User Permissions. Also, you need to uncheck Create User Permission for that employee profile. Then I am able to see all the employees for the hr login.
