Employees, Projects and Warehouses disappeared after upgrade

Hey guys,
So yesterday I have upgraded to the latest version

ERPNext: v8.x.x-beta (e09b507) (develop)
Frappe Framework: v8.x.x-beta (11da197) (develop)

It seems that after this upgrade, all the Employees data, Projects as well as Warehouses have disappeared for all users including the Administrator.

However, for Warehouses for example if you look in the Warehouse tree, the Warehouses are still there.

Any idea what to do ?
