Empty stock in all warehouse

Hello Community ,
After using work order for some time I figured out that I had some settings wrong and stock ledgers are totally wrong . all items are negative in warehouse WIP . this is because items war transfered from wip to warehouse products but never entered to the wip in the first place .
anyways what I want to do is to clean all stock in WIP . I tried stock reconciliation but I got this error after setting all items to 0 . any help

Maybe you should go to the Company Master, slect the company and delete all transactions. That will knock off all transactions and you can start afresh.

Allow Negative stock in stock settings for this purpose

You can disable it when you are done
