Enable leave application even after salary has been processed erpnext

Hello there, Is there a way to allow leave application in a particular month even when the salary has already been processed.? check image below

You know, for paid leaves this would be required.

But if you are trying to post a leave applications for Leave Type with Is Leave Without Pay option off, ERPNext skips this validation.
