Encryption key is in invalid format

Hello,

I am trying to setup Google SSO for my setup but whenever I try to save the Client ID and Client Secret, I get an error saying “encryption key is in invalid format”

This happens with all the SSO types, even if i try to enable Google Drive backups.

This is a fresh install, a site existed with a different domain and data, I deleted that site and created a new one.

I re-installed everything and it worked. The original installation was originally done on 14-dev, moved to the main v14 branch and updated, something must’ve broken mid way.
