[Enhancement] Email CC autosuggest contributed by Robert Schouten

Hi everyone,

Thanks to robertschouten’s excellent contribution, CC field now has autosuggest and thus, we are removing the “checkboxes” that were added as a quick fix alternative to autosuggest.

This change will be released this week as part of Frappe v6.23
