ERP for Trading Company

Hi there. I run a Trading Company that sells a lot of different kind of products.
From machinery, to food, fabric, etc…

I want to know if ERPNext would be the ideal software for this kind of operation?

Here are some important things to notice:

  1. We have bank accounts in 3 different countries. Nowadays it’s all controlled by Excell, which is a big problem. Sometimes we make payment from Account A (in country A) and our client pays us in Account B (in country B with currency B).
    Multi company setup is needed.

  2. We make several consolidated shipments, which means we combined many different size products in one container. We would need to add the dimensions of these products in our product catalogue so that when we issue a quotation we can have an idea of total CBM. If it will exceed our maximum CBM space or not.

  3. Our invoices and quotations must contain pictures and sometimes must not. Is it possible to add, remove pictures when issuing quotes and invoices or is it a locked criteria linked to the product catalogue?

  4. We do not have stock. We do not work with inventory. All sales are “made to order”.

  5. In some sales we add profit and in some we charge commission by issuing a separate debit note.

I made a simple structure of I what I believe would be the basic fields we would need to start to implement the ERP in our company.
