ERP Version 8 Instance Not Working

I have an instance and I was working on it for a long time and suddenly when I was using it, it says Internal Server Error and there is nothing on console as well.

I tried restarting bench and also tried restarting the server as well, but nothing happened.

Any idea?

please check the logs in /frappe-bench/logs directory for the error

I tried to update and I got this error:

Now, tell me one thing, if I re-install mysql, will my data be there or I will lost everything?
