ERP won't allow me to add a comment or attach a file

Hello Team,

ERP won’t allow me to add a comment or attach a file. When I refresh the page after attaching a file, ERP logs me out

It didn’t happen before, but now it does, how can I fix it?

You are probably logged in with the same account from another window.

I only logged in from my window with my account.

Now I can comment, but not attach files.
