ERPNext 13 installed using Docker has stopped working. How to find the reason and solve it?

On my VPS which is powered by Ubunto 20.04 LTS

I executed following commands as root and ERPNext 13 stopped working.

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade

What must be the problem and how to solve it?
