I want to delete a custom printing format from the sales invoice and when I migrate it includes it again in the Print Format doctype, also when I open the invoice it appears in the enabled drop-down but it says that it cannot access.

You seem to have this print format in the fixtures of some app installed on the site.
Yes, I have in another the fixtures of another application, I manually removed it from print_format.json but I have the same problem. I do not know if it comes out otherwise.
