I’ve noticed that a new role permission keeps getting created for the HR Manager. When the HR Manager tries to view employees, he can only see his own name and no one else’s. Upon checking the role permissions, I found that there is a rule preventing him from viewing other employees.
I deleted this permission, but it keeps reappearing from time to time.
Anyone encounter such issue before…?
If an HR Manager is an employee and this checkbox is checked, it will create employee permissions. Therefore, uncheck this checkbox for HR employee.
But why does this permission get recreated after I delete it? I mean, does it reappear whenever the system refreshes itself?
If you save that HR employee’s record and the “Create User Permission” checkbox is checked, it will create a record in User Permissions. Unchecking this checkbox will resolve your issue.
