There was a doctype reference for erpnext, however when the new erpnext website implemented, I cant search the doctype reference. Anyone can refer me to the correct locations of all doctype reference ?

Otherwise I am not sure what Doctype Reference you refer to, I am not aware for eg of a written description of each individual Doctype and what it is intended for, I don’t think a comprehensive collective document such as that is to be found?
A workaround is to look at the doctype list, but it’s less satisfying for sure.
